    影響超稠油脫水速度的因素分析

    摘要:針對遼河油區(qū)超稠油粘度高、密度大、油水密度差小、油水乳化嚴(yán)重,采用兩級熱化學(xué)沉降脫水工藝脫水速度慢、脫水周期長的狀況,開展了溫度、破乳劑濃度、混合強(qiáng)度等因素對超稠油脫水速度影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。結(jié)果認(rèn)為,超稠油破乳脫水溫度控制在85~95℃之間,破乳劑濃度控制在300~400mg/L之間,混合強(qiáng)度控制在500~800r/min之間,可有效提高超稠油的脫水速度關(guān)鍵詞:超稠油;脫水速度;溫度;密度;破乳劑;粘度;影響

    旋轉(zhuǎn)滴方法研究界面擴(kuò)張流變性質(zhì)

    摘要:采用旋轉(zhuǎn)滴方法,對2-丙基-4,5-二庚烷基苯磺酸鈉(DHPBS)在癸烷-水界面上的擴(kuò)張流變性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了研究,較為詳細(xì)地介紹了SVT20N視頻旋轉(zhuǎn)滴張力儀的裝置和實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,考察了油滴注入體積、基礎(chǔ)轉(zhuǎn)速及振蕩振幅等試驗(yàn)條件對擴(kuò)張模量的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,旋轉(zhuǎn)滴方法是一種研究擴(kuò)張流變性質(zhì)的新型手段,在涉及低界面張力現(xiàn)象的領(lǐng)域具有良好的應(yīng)用前景.關(guān)鍵詞:旋轉(zhuǎn)滴方法;烷基苯磺酸鹽;界面擴(kuò)張性質(zhì);擴(kuò)張模量
