**高頻疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)歷史沿革
Max E. Russenberger,現(xiàn)代諧振式試驗(yàn)科技之父,及高頻疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)的原型機(jī)發(fā)明人。
1.在三○年代末期,Max E. Russenberger先生首先接觸到這類的測(cè)試技術(shù)。後來(lái),他成為儀器公司Alfred J. Amsler &Co.的資深主任工程師,在那裡他*設(shè)計(jì)諧振式測(cè)試系統(tǒng),而獲致了世界性的成就。
2.在1964年,Max E. Russenberger成立了自己的事業(yè)。他新公司Z獨(dú)特的目標(biāo),在設(shè)計(jì)和製造動(dòng)態(tài)材料試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。而其Z主要的產(chǎn)品系列,便是高頻諧振式振動(dòng)器,換言之,就是諧振式試驗(yàn)機(jī)。
3.後來(lái),之前在Amsler的同事Erwin Muller也加入了公司,成為事業(yè)上的夥伴。而RUMUL這個(gè)名稱,便是來(lái)自他們名字上的縮寫(xiě)。
4.在1978年,Roland Berchtold接手公司經(jīng)營(yíng)。從此,公司正式名稱改為RUSSENBERGER PRUFMASCHINEN AG。但RUMUL的簡(jiǎn)稱仍然繼續(xù)沿用。
5.在1989年,公司遷居到Rhinefall附近的Neuhausen,空間比較寬裕的新地點(diǎn)。
諧振式試驗(yàn)機(jī)的概念由Max E. Russenberger在1938年所創(chuàng)立。
在1995 Jurg Berchtold加入公司,負(fù)責(zé)軟體撰寫(xiě)及產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)
Roland Berchtold成功地改良了先前的系統(tǒng)觀念。目前的結(jié)構(gòu)體在使用上可做泛用型的搭配,為零件測(cè)試方面開(kāi)創(chuàng)了嶄新的契機(jī)。
工作原理
1.諧振式試驗(yàn)機(jī)利用動(dòng)態(tài)荷重重疊於靜態(tài)荷重上,能施加應(yīng)力於試片或結(jié)構(gòu)上。
2.動(dòng)態(tài)荷重係由振盪系統(tǒng) 諧振器依自然頻率作動(dòng)所生成。此一振盪系統(tǒng)包括砝碼及彈簧,而整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)及測(cè)試試片也組成份子之一。
3.在這裡討論的機(jī)器一般是使用全共振量;也就是說(shuō),操作點(diǎn)是位於共振曲線上的頂點(diǎn)。諧振器事實(shí)上是由電磁系統(tǒng)所誘發(fā)。
4.由於共振的結(jié)果,功率消耗非常低約20到500瓦特。工作頻率則是在 50 到 600 cps
應(yīng)用與優(yōu)勢(shì)
1.此機(jī)器經(jīng)常用於疲勞測(cè)試S/N-曲線,或是壞力學(xué)上,諸如預(yù)裂性或裂紋成長(zhǎng)測(cè)試。 這是和伺服油壓機(jī)種比起來(lái),這種裝備的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
2.對(duì)所有高負(fù)荷周期數(shù)的測(cè)試來(lái)說(shuō),諧振式試驗(yàn)機(jī)是Z有利的運(yùn)用。因?yàn)楦咴囼?yàn)頻率可以有效縮短試驗(yàn)時(shí)間,降低功率能源的消耗。
3.伺服油壓機(jī)種有伺服缸、伺服閥和油壓幫浦,跟它比起來(lái),諧振式試驗(yàn)機(jī)因?yàn)橛心湍サ慕Y(jié)構(gòu),並不需要維修保養(yǎng),自然也降低了維修保養(yǎng)上的成本支出。

The main application for a resonant testing machine are tests with a large number of load cycles. On the machine table with T-Nuts is possible to perform complicate test arrangements. The daylight of 500 mm between the columns allows the installation of a furnace, environmental or vacuum chamber.

Resonant Testing Maschine VIBRO-FORTE

 

The resonant testing machine VIBRRO-FORTE is the latest development of RUMUL.
The design of the VIBRO-Forte 500 is based on a strict further development of the resonant system MAGNODYN. An ideal solution has be found to test long shape components like fasteners, reinforcement steel bars, etc.roundflat specimens. The changeable frequency range is between 50160 Hz depending on the stiffness of the specimen. Noteworthy is the low weight of a testing machine at this high capacity.
