Title: Business Assistant, based in Shanghai, reporting to Country Manager, China
Position Responsibilities:
?Sales order and logistics management
?Quarterly sales report management
?Marketing events arrangement such as road show, seminar ,work shop and scientific meetings, E-marketing and hotline management
?Routine office management
?Quick response to customer’s inquire through excellent communication and on time deliver the right information to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
?Perform other related duties with special projects assigned by the supervisor
