QX53-050R08產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、低噪音低脈動(dòng)：特殊的齒形設(shè)計(jì)（直線(xiàn)-直線(xiàn)共軛線(xiàn)），使得油泵工作時(shí)的噪音和脈動(dòng)大降低。
2、耐高壓：采用雙級(jí)升壓，工作壓力達(dá)25Mpa，zui高壓力可達(dá)32Mpa。

液壓泵正常工作的三個(gè)*條件:
必須具有一個(gè)由運(yùn)動(dòng)件和非運(yùn)動(dòng)件所構(gòu)成的密閉容積；
密閉容積的大小隨運(yùn)動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)作周期性的變化，
容積由小變大-吸油，由大變小—壓油；
密閉容積增大到極*，先要與吸油腔隔開(kāi)，然后才轉(zhuǎn)為排油；
密閉容積減小到極*，先要與排油腔隔開(kāi)，然后才轉(zhuǎn)為吸油。

QX系列泵是布赫公司的第五代內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵。在服務(wù)的30多年的時(shí)間里，其優(yōu)良的性能得到了驗(yàn)證。在簡(jiǎn)單耐用構(gòu)造的基礎(chǔ)上又進(jìn)行了多項(xiàng)改進(jìn)。
制造技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，使得在不提高零件加工精度的條件下，制造出結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊而且重量輕的泵。
在CAE的輔助下，設(shè)計(jì)出一種新的齒型，這種齒形大大降低了噪聲等級(jí)。增大的密封面，使效率得以提高。
內(nèi)齒圈采用液壓動(dòng)壓/靜壓油膜潤(rùn)滑，這使得泵可以在低粘度、低速、高速下運(yùn)行。因此此系列泵可用于變速驅(qū)動(dòng)，以提供可變的輸入流量。
