應(yīng)用范圍  The scope of applicati

該儀器主要應(yīng)用于X射線熒光光譜儀配套的設(shè)備，該設(shè)備操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定，效率高，噪聲小，無(wú)粉塵泄露，可替代國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品。

The instrument is mainly used in X-ray fluorescence supporting equipment, the equipment easy to operate, stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, no dust leaks, can replace similar foreign products.

操作說(shuō)明 Operating Instructions 

1. 裝樣Holding Sample
    1.1 將沖擊錘放入研磨盒中，再將樣品放在研磨盒與沖擊錘之間。 

Put impact rammer into the grinding case, and then put sample between grinding case and impact rammer.
    1.2. 研磨盒中的樣品量為5～15cm 3。 

Quantity of sample in grinding case shall be 5～15cm3.
〈警告〉當(dāng)放入研磨盒中的樣品量≤5cm 3時(shí)，會(huì)損壞研磨盒。 

In case quantity of sample put into the grinding case is ≤5cm3, it may damage the grinding case.

2. 時(shí)間設(shè)定Time Setting

2.1. 按時(shí)間繼電器上下兩行按紐，設(shè)定運(yùn)行時(shí)間。其中中間的一位表示時(shí)間單位：小時(shí)（H）、分鐘（M）和秒（S）

Press two buttons at upper and lower rows on the Time Relay, set the running time, of which the middle digit indicates time units: hour (H), minutes (M), and seconds (S).
2.2. 碳化鎢的研磨盒，一般設(shè)定在3分鐘之內(nèi)，高鉻鋼的研磨盒，一般設(shè)定在10分鐘之內(nèi)。

Generally set within 3 minutes for grinding case of tungsten carbide, 10 minutes for that of high chrome.

3. 制樣 Specimen Preparation

3.1. 將研磨盒放在振動(dòng)磨的固定盤(pán)上，旋緊固定手柄。參看圖2。蓋緊振動(dòng)磨的蓋，按振動(dòng)磨的綠色啟動(dòng)按鈕。啟動(dòng)振動(dòng)磨。

Put the grinding case on the fixed disk of Vibration Grinding Mill, screw the fixed handle. See Fig.2. Fasten down the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill, press green start button of it. Start Vibration Grinding Mill.
3.2. 如果發(fā)生意外情況，請(qǐng)立即按下紅色急停按鈕。

If something unexpected happened, please press red emergency stop button immediay.
〈警告〉在機(jī)器*停穩(wěn)前，不要打開(kāi)振動(dòng)磨的蓋。 

Do not open the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill before the machine compley stopped.
3.3. 機(jī)器停穩(wěn)后，打開(kāi)振動(dòng)磨的蓋，取出研磨盒。將樣品倒入過(guò)濾篩中，應(yīng)有80%樣品的粒度≤80um。After the machine compley stopped, open the cover of Vibration Grinding Mill, take out the grinding case. Pour sample into filter sieve, particle size of 80% sample should be in ≤80um.
3.4. 如果研磨后的樣品，達(dá)不到3.3. 的要求。取出研磨盒，自然冷卻至60℃以下，再繼續(xù)工作。并找出*研磨時(shí)間。

In case the sample after grinded can’t reach the requirement described in Item 3.3, take out the grinding case, cool it to less than 60℃ in room temperature, and work continuously. Find out optimum grinding time.
