英國GRIMM格林進口凸輪轉子泵概述：

        進口凸輪轉子泵又稱膠體泵、凸輪泵、三葉泵、萬用輸送泵等，轉子泵屬于容積泵，輸送流量可以較精確的控制也可方便地制成變量泵。此泵的轉速很低，一般在200rpm至600rpm之間，被輸送的物料被平穩(wěn)地輸出而其成份不會受到破壞?？捎糜谳斔驼扯群芨叩奈镔|也可以方便地制成輸出壓力較高的品種。根據客戶管道連接方式的需要，可做成上進下出型轉子泵，根據客戶安裝方式及生產的需要，可做成移動型轉子泵，根據客戶調節(jié)轉速及流量的需要，可做成變頻調速型轉子泵。
          轉子泵依靠兩同步反向轉動的轉子(齒數為2—4)在旋轉過程中于進口處產生吸力(真空度)，從而吸入所要輸送的物料。兩轉子將轉子室分隔成幾個小空間，并按a→b→c→d的次序運轉。運轉至位置a時，只有一室中充滿介質；到位置b時，B室中封閉了部分介質；到位置C時，A室中也封閉了介質；到位置d時，A室B室與二室相通，介質即被輸送至出料口。如此循環(huán)往復，介質(物料)即被*輸送出去。
          轉子泵采用聯軸整體組裝，使體積變?。ㄩL度可以減短100-250mm），減少占地面積，結構緊湊，外包不銹鋼，鏡面拋光，外形美觀，檔次高，避免原來涂膏刷漆的脫落。性能優(yōu)化：采用聯軸整體組裝，減少彈性聯軸器功率消耗，噪音及磨損更換而提高工作效率，得到了zui高的效率，zui小的內部滑動和更長的使用壽命。
不同形狀的轉子具有不同的效果，具體分為以下幾大類：
一葉轉子：適用于輸送含有大顆粒物料的介質，對大顆粒物料的破碎率較低，但其脈動大，壓力低，容積量小，很少使用。
二葉轉子：適用于輸送含有中小顆粒物料的介質，對中小顆粒物料的破碎率相對較低，略有脈動，容積量小于三葉轉子。
三葉轉子：通用的轉子類型，容積量大于其他類型的轉子，各種性能指標優(yōu)于一葉，二葉轉子，但其在輸送物料的過程中對顆粒物料有一定的破碎率。
傳動的選擇：
1、電機＋定整比減速器：這樣的傳動方式簡單，轉子的轉速恒定，也就是決定了流量的不可調性。
2、電機＋機械摩擦式無級變速器：這種變速器的變速靠手動調節(jié)來實現，其特點是安全可靠，扭距大，流量無極可調，缺點是非自動調節(jié)，較麻煩，調速在運轉過程中進行，不得在停機狀態(tài)下調速，其使用維護參照制造商的使用說明書。
3、變頻電機＋變頻器：這種方式可實現轉速的自動調節(jié)，亦即實現了流量的無級調速。其優(yōu)點是自動化程度高，低速扭距較大，缺點是變頻器的價格較高，其使用維護參照制造商的使用說明書。
