HVP不銹鋼真空出料泵是專門為石油化工行業(yè)減壓蒸餾、分子蒸餾設(shè)備而設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的一款真空循環(huán)及真空出料流程泵。該泵采用硅溶膠工藝鑄造、外觀精美小巧、 真空出料能力強(qiáng)、可應(yīng)用于衛(wèi)生條件要求高、具有腐蝕性流體介質(zhì)的輸送。不銹鋼真空出料泵可設(shè)置保溫夾套,對于一些易結(jié)晶介質(zhì)的物料可通過蒸汽或?qū)嵊蛯ζ?進(jìn)行預(yù)熱保溫,采用高溫磁力密封耐溫zui高可達(dá)380℃,具有永無泄漏的特點(diǎn)。

允許吸入口真空壓力:10Pa
zui高使用溫度:<380°C
當(dāng)使用溫度高于220°C時(shí),應(yīng)采用磁力傳動(dòng)方式,磁鐵為耐高溫的稀土釤鈷*磁鐵,耐高溫,磁能力強(qiáng),高溫不退磁。
應(yīng)用范圍 :
不銹鋼高真空出料泵廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、日用化工、糧油、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè),適用于在短程蒸餾、分子蒸餾、減壓蒸餾工藝中真空塔釜的高溫高真空狀態(tài)下物料抽出。
在石油化工行業(yè)中如:石油產(chǎn)品精餾、廢潤滑油再生;
在生物化學(xué)行業(yè):生物制劑生產(chǎn)、生物制藥生產(chǎn)、醫(yī)藥制劑生產(chǎn)、生物柴油生產(chǎn);
在糧油行業(yè)中:糧油加工中的脫水、脫氣,磷脂生產(chǎn)加工;
在材料加工行業(yè)中:鋁箔生產(chǎn)線上的軋制油循環(huán)再生利用。
