一、試驗(yàn)?zāi)康模?/span>
遙控大電流短路裝置綜合多種電池短路試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求而設(shè)計(jì)即滿足GB/IEC/EN/UN38.3/UL 等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范；按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求短路裝置必須符合內(nèi)阻范圍遠(yuǎn)小于100mΩ，從而獲得試驗(yàn)要求的zui大短路電流。
二、設(shè)計(jì)概述：
遙控大電流短路裝置綜合多種電池短路試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求而設(shè)計(jì)；按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求短路裝置必須符合內(nèi)阻范圍*100mΩ以下，從而獲得試驗(yàn)要求的zui大短路電流；另外在短路裝置的線路設(shè)計(jì)上也須能夠承受大電流的沖擊，所以我們將選用工業(yè)級(jí)直流電磁接觸器及全銅接線柱和內(nèi)部銅板導(dǎo)流，內(nèi)置主動(dòng)式滾珠軸流風(fēng)機(jī)提供有效散熱保護(hù)，將使大電流短路裝置更安全，有效減少試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的損耗，確保試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。
三、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
3.1.大電流接觸器：
（1）遠(yuǎn)距離接通與斷開直流工作電壓至660V；
（2）額定工作電流1000A，裝有采用串聯(lián)磁吹縱隔板陶土滅弧罩滅弧系統(tǒng)；
（3）平面布置整體結(jié)構(gòu)，電磁系統(tǒng)及主觸頭滅弧系統(tǒng)分別固定在安裝底架上，采用棱角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的拍合式電磁系統(tǒng)及雙繞組吸引線圈，在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)棱角上加裝壓棱裝置。主觸頭由紫銅制成。觸點(diǎn)接觸電阻低，反應(yīng)速度快；
