化工軸流泵概述

化工軸流泵參照升力線理論，吸取螺旋槳設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)展了沿徑向變環(huán)量分布的軸流泵設(shè)計(jì)方法，并進(jìn)行了廠內(nèi)的模型試驗(yàn)，與同類相比，重量輕，體積小，剛性好，效率高等特點(diǎn)。
主要應(yīng)用于大流量、低揚(yáng)程的場(chǎng)合，特別適用于制鹽、制堿的強(qiáng)制循環(huán)系統(tǒng)之中。

化工軸流泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
     1、轉(zhuǎn)速低，一般轉(zhuǎn)速在980r/min以內(nèi)，符合結(jié)晶工藝要求運(yùn)行平穩(wěn). 
     2、水力性能優(yōu)異，效率 〉70%高效區(qū)寬，抗汽蝕性能好. 
     3、考慮泵介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向?yàn)榇怪毕蛳逻M(jìn)，水平方向出。水流作用力對(duì)泵軸的巨大影響，在泵**增設(shè)了泵軸外套保護(hù)裝置。使介質(zhì)的俯沖作用力轉(zhuǎn)移到泵體上，從而保證了泵的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，大大減輕了介質(zhì)對(duì)機(jī)械密封作用力的影響，延長(zhǎng)了機(jī)器封使用壽命。該結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)在國(guó)內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品中邁出了較大的一步。另外泵體采用整體式鑄造剛性好，中間支承結(jié)構(gòu)聯(lián)結(jié)穩(wěn)定. 
     4、 軸承箱部位為方型長(zhǎng)跨距重型結(jié)構(gòu)，穩(wěn)定性好，承載能力強(qiáng)，運(yùn)行可靠，與國(guó)內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品相比安裝方便精確（原國(guó)內(nèi)軸承箱為分體式）。前后兩端分別采用徑向短圓柱軸承和重型成對(duì)軸承。其軸承均采用INA（SKF）或優(yōu)質(zhì)軸承. 
     5、 封軸*，采用副葉輪動(dòng)力密封和博格曼快裝式雙端面機(jī)械密封組合，外接冷卻沖洗水，改善軸封工作條件，機(jī)封壽命長(zhǎng)。軸套外圓加大，與國(guó)內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品相比壁厚加厚變形小.

    密封腔處的徑向振擺小于0.05mm，保證了密封的可靠性和耐久性，延長(zhǎng)了維修周期?？砂惭b填料密封和單端或雙端機(jī)械密封，并可安裝動(dòng)力密封以供特殊場(chǎng)合使用。
