進(jìn)口潛水深井泵概述

1、進(jìn)口潛水深井泵為離心式或混流式；采用水潤(rùn)滑軸承；與電機(jī)的聯(lián)接采用聯(lián)軸器剛性聯(lián)接。深井泵葉輪在電機(jī)帶動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力，使液體能量增加經(jīng)泵殼的導(dǎo)流作用進(jìn)行提水。在水泵上端設(shè)有逆止閥體，防止電泵停機(jī)時(shí)，因揚(yáng)水管中倒流的水損壞工作部件。閥上有泄水孔，可將管路中的水緩緩放掉，防止冬天凍裂管路。 (注：低揚(yáng)程潛水泵不設(shè)逆止閥體)
2、潛水深井泵的電機(jī)為密閉充水濕式結(jié)構(gòu)。電機(jī)定子繞組采用耐水的聚乙烯絕緣，尼龍護(hù)套多層結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁線(xiàn)。導(dǎo)軸承及推力軸承均采用水潤(rùn)滑材質(zhì)。電機(jī)內(nèi)部充滿(mǎn)清水，用以冷卻電機(jī)和潤(rùn)滑軸承。電機(jī)底部裝有調(diào)壓膜，用以調(diào)整由電機(jī)溫升引起的機(jī)體內(nèi)清水的脹縮壓差。電機(jī)的上端軸上裝有防砂機(jī)構(gòu)，用來(lái)阻止水中泥砂進(jìn)入機(jī)體內(nèi)部。
3、潛水深井泵的管路部分：用以聯(lián)接電泵使其吊裝在機(jī)井中，將水輸送到地面上去。主要由短輸水管、輸水管、彎管、夾板等部件組成。短輸出管是輸水管路與電泵的連接過(guò)渡部件。彎管安裝在井口處，以改變水流的傳送方向。夾板是在深井泵的安裝過(guò)程中吊裝和固定輸出管路。

進(jìn)口潛水深井泵的使用條件

1．進(jìn)口潛水深井泵電源要求：
(1)額定頻率為50赫茲，電機(jī)端額定電壓應(yīng)保證為380+5％伏的三相交流電源(若用戶(hù)電壓為660伏時(shí)需特殊定貨)。
(2)變壓器負(fù)載功率不應(yīng)超過(guò)其容量的75％。
(3)變壓器距井較遠(yuǎn)時(shí)，應(yīng)考慮輸電線(xiàn)線(xiàn)壓降，對(duì)功率大于45KW的電機(jī)，要求變壓器到井口距離不超過(guò)20米，大于20米時(shí)，要求輸電線(xiàn)規(guī)格比配電纜規(guī)格大兩個(gè)等級(jí)，并考慮線(xiàn)壓降。
2．水質(zhì)要求：
(1)一般無(wú)腐蝕性清水。
(2)水中含砂量不大于0.01％(質(zhì)量比)。
(3)酸堿度PH值在6．5-8．5范圍內(nèi)。
(4)水中氯離子含量不大于400毫克／升。
(5)硫化氫含量不大于1．5毫克／升。 
(6)水溫不高于20℃。
3．井筒要求：
正直、光滑、不得有凸起或井管錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象，井內(nèi)徑不小于相應(yīng)的機(jī)座號(hào)。

Introduction of imported submersible deep well pump

1, imported submersible deep well pump for centrifugal or mixed flow type; water lubricated bearings; and the use of motor coupling coupling rigid coupling. The stator winding of the motor is made of water resistant polyethylene insulation, and the electromagnetic wire of nylon sheath multilayer structure. Guide bearings and thrust bearings are lubricated with water. The motor is filled with water to cool the motor and the bearing. The motor is arranged at the bottom of the pressure adjusting membrane, to adjust the motor temperature rise caused by the expansion and contraction of the water pressure difference. The upper shaft of the motor is provided with a sand prevention mechanism for preventing the mud and sand from entering into the inner part of the machine body.

2 water quality requirements:

(1) general non corrosive water.

(2) the sand content in water is not more than 0.01% (mass ratio).

(3) pH pH value in the range of 6.5-8.5.

(4) the chlorine ion content in water is not more than 400 mg / L.

(5) hydrogen sulfide content not greater than 1.5 mg / L.  

(6) the water temperature is not higher than 20 DEG C.

3 wellbore requirements:

Integrity, smooth, no bump or tube dislocation phenomenon, the inner diameter of the hole is not less than the corresponding seat number.
