Zero-Max Schmidt Offset Coupling偏置聯(lián)軸器(L200、L300)產(chǎn)品特點：
l Zero-Max Schmidt Offset Coupling偏置聯(lián)軸器(L200系列、L300系列),為平行偏置軸提供高精度。
l 傳遞常量在大范圍的平行軸未對準(zhǔn)中的角速度和扭矩,不對軸或軸承施加側(cè)載荷，并消除徑向軸振動。增加偏移不會造成性能損失,緊湊的設(shè)計節(jié)省了空間。
案例：
步驟1：列出性能要求
l 馬力H=55(HP)
l 軸轉(zhuǎn)速N=1000(RPM)
l B-10軸承壽命B-10=25000(HRS)
l 與固定軸的偏移PH=2(英寸)
l 可變偏移(如果需要)PA=5(英寸)
步驟2：選擇具有所需偏移特性的聯(lián)軸器。
l 所有偏置聯(lián)軸器都具有低偏置(Smin)和高偏置(Smax)和軸位移的高線性范圍(Sml)。
l 適用于軸之間保持偏移距離的應(yīng)用固定，只需選擇偏移量大于Smin的聯(lián)軸器小于Smax。
l 適用于軸偏移距離在操作過程中發(fā)生變化，選擇線性范圍為位移小于Sml。
l 注意：軸在任何時候都不能以大于Smax也不小于Smin的間隔。使用所有Sml，X(見下圖)必須等于Smin，PH必須等于PA/2。查閱第6頁的尺寸表
步驟3：從右側(cè)圖表中選擇壽命速度系數(shù)“L”。
對于N=1000(RPM)和B10=(25000)(HRS)L=6.034
步驟4：計算所需的性能系數(shù)Pr=H/L=55/6.034=9.115
步驟5：將所需性能系數(shù)“Pr”與性能數(shù)據(jù)上列出的耦合性能系數(shù)“P”表。選擇一個具有等于或較高的“P”因子為“Pr”。聯(lián)軸器尺寸L280C滿足以下要求。
步驟6：比較實際限速(參見性能數(shù)據(jù)第6頁的表格)。數(shù)據(jù)表明，耦合尺寸L280C可以以1500轉(zhuǎn)/分運行。
步驟7。從第11頁的圖表中選擇集線器(如果需要)。
