| 簡(jiǎn)介 | 該細(xì)胞1995年10月13日最初來(lái)源于原發(fā)性導(dǎo)管癌，用了11.5個(gè)月建株。腫瘤分類(lèi)為T(mén)NMIIB期，3級(jí)。BRCA1分析表 明這株細(xì)胞是BRCA15382C突變純合的，而來(lái)源于同一病人的類(lèi)淋巴母細(xì)胞細(xì)胞株在這個(gè)突變位點(diǎn)上是雜合的。另兩 個(gè)家庭成員也有這個(gè)突變； 一個(gè)同卵雙生姐妹也患有乳腺癌。這株細(xì)胞有一個(gè)后天的TP53突變，而其野生型等位基因丟 失； 一個(gè)PTEN基因的后天的純合缺失，以及多個(gè)與乳腺癌發(fā)病機(jī)理相關(guān)的位點(diǎn)上發(fā)生的雜合突變。這株細(xì)胞Her2-neu 和p53表達(dá)都呈陰性。HCC1937的上皮細(xì)胞特異性標(biāo)志上皮細(xì)胞糖蛋2(EGP2)和細(xì)胞角蛋白19都呈陽(yáng)性。雌激素受 體(ER)和孕酮(PR)表達(dá)陰性。 |
