| 簡介 | RSC96細胞株是原代培養(yǎng)的大鼠雪旺細胞經(jīng)長時間培養(yǎng)后自發(fā)轉化而成的[PubMed: 9766530]。 2002年十二月提交 到ATCC的培養(yǎng)物污染了支原體。 其后代通過BM 細胞周期蛋白處理21天消除支原體。 處理后六周 ，用Hoechst染 色、PCR和標準培養(yǎng)測試進行支原體檢測。 結果都呈陰性。 |
