REXROTH電磁閥的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理
 一:力士樂(lè)直動(dòng)式電磁閥
 有常閉型和常開(kāi)型二種。常閉型斷電時(shí)呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài),當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)產(chǎn)生電磁力,使動(dòng)鐵芯克服彈簧力同靜鐵芯吸合直接開(kāi)啟閥,介質(zhì)呈通路;當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,動(dòng)鐵芯在彈簧力的作用下復(fù)位,直接關(guān)閉閥口,介質(zhì)不通。結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,動(dòng)作可靠,在零壓差和微真空下正常工作。常開(kāi)型正好相反。如小于φ6流量通徑的電磁閥。
力士樂(lè)電磁閥原理:常閉型直動(dòng)式電磁閥通電時(shí),電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁吸力把閥芯提起,使關(guān)閉件離遠(yuǎn)開(kāi)閥座密封副打開(kāi);斷電時(shí),電磁力消失,靠彈簧力把關(guān)閉元件壓在閥座上閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。(常開(kāi)型與此相反)
 特點(diǎn):在真空、負(fù)壓、零壓時(shí)能正常工作,但一般通徑不超過(guò)25mm。DN50以下可任意安裝,但電磁頭體積較大。

二、力士樂(lè)分步直動(dòng)式電磁閥
 REXROTH電磁閥采用一次開(kāi)閥和二次開(kāi)閥連在一體,主閥和導(dǎo)閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開(kāi)啟主閥口。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生電磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,導(dǎo)閥口開(kāi)啟而導(dǎo)閥口設(shè)在主閥口上,且動(dòng)鐵芯與主閥芯連在一起,此時(shí)主閥上腔的壓力通過(guò)導(dǎo)閥口卸荷,在壓力差和電磁力的同時(shí)作用下使主閥芯向上運(yùn)動(dòng),開(kāi)啟主閥介質(zhì)流通。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,此時(shí)動(dòng)鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)閥孔,此時(shí)介質(zhì)在平衡孔中進(jìn)入主閥芯上腔,使上腔壓力升高,此時(shí)在彈簧復(fù)位和壓力的作用下關(guān)閉主閥,介質(zhì)斷流。結(jié)構(gòu)合理,動(dòng)作可靠,在零壓差時(shí)工作也可靠。如:ZQDF,ZS,2W等。

力士樂(lè)電磁閥原理:它是一種直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)式相結(jié)合的原理,當(dāng)入口與出口壓差≤0.05Mpa,通電時(shí),電磁力直接把先導(dǎo)小閥和主閥關(guān)閉件依次向上提起,閥門(mén)打開(kāi)。當(dāng)入口與出口壓差>0.05Mpa,通電時(shí),電磁力先打開(kāi)先導(dǎo)小閥,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降,從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開(kāi);斷電時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥和主閥利用彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉件,向下移動(dòng),使閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。
 特點(diǎn):在零壓差或真空、高壓時(shí)亦能可靠工作,但功率較大,要求豎直安裝。

 三、力士樂(lè)間接先導(dǎo)式電磁閥
 該系列電磁閥由先導(dǎo)閥和主閥芯著形成通道組合而成;常閉型在未通電時(shí),呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生的磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,導(dǎo)閥口打開(kāi),介質(zhì)流向出口,此時(shí)主閥芯上腔壓力減少,低于進(jìn)口側(cè)的壓力,形成壓差克服彈簧阻力而隨之向上運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到開(kāi)啟主閥口的目的,介質(zhì)流通。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí),磁力消失,動(dòng)鐵芯在彈簧力作用下復(fù)位關(guān)閉先導(dǎo)口,此時(shí)介質(zhì)從平衡孔流入,主閥芯上腔壓力增大,并在彈簧力的作用下向下運(yùn)動(dòng),關(guān)閉主閥口。常開(kāi)式原理正好相反。如:SLA,DF(φ15以上口徑),ZCZ等。
力士樂(lè)電磁閥原理:通電時(shí),電磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)先導(dǎo)閥打開(kāi)先導(dǎo)閥,主閥上腔壓力迅速下降,在主閥上下腔內(nèi)形成壓差,依靠介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)主閥關(guān)閉件上移,閥門(mén)開(kāi)啟;斷電時(shí),彈簧力把先導(dǎo)閥關(guān)閉,入口介質(zhì)壓力通過(guò)先導(dǎo)孔迅速進(jìn)入主閥上腔在上腔內(nèi)形成壓差,從而使主閥關(guān)閉。
