細(xì)胞凋亡早期，位于細(xì)胞膜脂質(zhì)雙層內(nèi)側(cè)的磷脂酰絲氨酸PS會從細(xì)胞膜內(nèi)側(cè)翻轉(zhuǎn)到細(xì)胞膜的表面，而鈣離子依賴型的Annexin V可與PS特異性結(jié)合；PI不能透過完整的細(xì)胞膜，凋亡中晚期細(xì)胞膜通透性增加、PI 得以透過細(xì)胞膜而使細(xì)胞核染紅。
