In vitro, ENA-78(8-78) and ENA-78 (9-78) show a threefold higher chemotactic activity for neutrophil granulocytes. is a secreted protein and exercises the functions primarily through interactions with CXCR2. 溶解方法	Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
