Chromotek/Lamin-Chromobody®plasmid
New way to trace nuclear morphology in live cells non-invasively
With the Lamin-Chromoboy® plasmid you obtain the sequence of the Alpaca antibody to Lamin A/C fused to TagGFP (Evrogen). Upon transformation, your cells express the Lamin-Chromobody® and Lamin A/C is visualized by binding of the fluorescent Chromobody®. The transient binding does not influence Lamin function and thus offers you the unique possibility to observe nuclear morphology in your cells.
With the Lamin-Chromobody®plasmid you can observe nuclear morphology in real time in your cell line of interest.
