1960年卡爾蔡司公司（Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH） 開始設(shè)計(jì)和制造原子吸收光譜儀, 在Analytik Jena 全面接管其分析儀器業(yè)務(wù)后于1998年推出全自動(dòng)微機(jī)控制原子吸收光譜儀AAS vario 6, 2002 年推出AAS novAA 400（原為Vario 6） 該儀器首先實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)固體樣品分析, 結(jié)合橫向加熱石墨爐技術(shù)、快速火焰/石墨爐原子化器切換技術(shù)，從而開辟了原子吸收光譜技術(shù)嶄新的發(fā)展方向。同年，Analytik Jena收購了原PE公司在德國的原子吸收制造基地，包括全套的生產(chǎn)線和研發(fā)隊(duì)伍。

2000年，推出AAS Zeenit 600/650型石墨爐原子吸收光譜儀，除了繼續(xù)保持橫向加熱石墨爐這個(gè)傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)之外，該儀器實(shí)現(xiàn)了液體/固體石墨爐原子吸收光譜分析，結(jié)合3磁場(chǎng)交變?nèi)?yīng)背景扣除技術(shù)，可變磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度為0.1...1特斯拉, zui高的交變?nèi){(diào)諧頻率達(dá)300Hz, 使其成為世界上*的石墨爐原子吸收光譜儀。

2004年，推出了Zeenit 700型*火焰－石墨爐聯(lián)用原子吸收光譜儀，該儀器是目前所有同類產(chǎn)品中配置zui高，技術(shù)*的型號(hào)，包括了“橫向加熱石墨爐技術(shù)”、“三磁場(chǎng)塞曼和氘空心陰極燈雙扣背景”、“固體進(jìn)樣技術(shù)”、“Zeiss光學(xué)技術(shù)”等耶拿所有*技術(shù)。

同年，AJ公司還推出了連續(xù)光源原子吸收光譜儀contrAA，不用更換空心陰極燈、不用預(yù)熱，這是原子吸收光譜歷*劃時(shí)代的革命！這也意味著AJ公司站在了原子光譜技術(shù)的前沿！
