SR-X超靈敏單分子蛋白檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)是Ouanterix公司最新推出的基于Simoa@技術(shù)的桌面型分析儀。致力于幫助研究人員在一個(gè)緊湊、高效的系統(tǒng)中獲得超高靈敏度的蛋白質(zhì)和核酸檢測(cè)能力。SR-X可同時(shí)在血液中直接檢測(cè)高達(dá)4種生物標(biāo)志物,樣本體積小,幫助節(jié)約珍貴的樣本和降低實(shí)驗(yàn)成本,同時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)具備重復(fù)性和準(zhǔn)確性。研究人員可使用超過80種Simoa@商品化試劑盒檢測(cè)重要的生物標(biāo)志物,適應(yīng)各種樣本類型,靈敏度比傳統(tǒng)ELISA高出1000倍,可檢測(cè)正常和疾病情況下的生物標(biāo)志物水平。此外,SR-X還為研究人員提供了更為靈活地客制化實(shí)驗(yàn)(Homebrew方案,用戶可自行開發(fā)新的靶點(diǎn),從血液中檢測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)(Protein)、核酸(Nucleic Acid)或者miRNA等標(biāo)志物,不再需要復(fù)雜的提取和易出錯(cuò)的擴(kuò)增步驟。整體檢測(cè)靈敏度與全自動(dòng)的HD-XTM分析儀保持一致,操作靈活,適合廣大科研工作者的實(shí)驗(yàn)需求。
