The TCR Activator Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles contain a gene for a membrane-bound, engineered T cell receptor (TCR) activator driven by a CMV promoter or an EF1a promoter. After transduction, the expression of TCR activator can be monitored in the target cells.
