FGF-19 is a member of the fibroblast growth factor （FGF） family. Targeting FGF19 inhibits tumor growth in colon cancer cells and hepatocellar carcinoma. Increase in FGF19 correlates with tumor progression and poorer prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
