      非布司他適應(yīng)癥及作用機(jī)理:非布司他主要成份為非布佐司他,其化學(xué)名為2-[(3-氰基-4-異丁氧基)苯基]-4-甲基-5-噻唑羧酸。為黃嘌呤氧化酶(XO)抑制劑,適用于具有痛風(fēng)癥狀的高尿酸血癥的長期治療。非布佐司他是黃嘌呤氧化酶抑制劑,通過減少血清尿酸達(dá)到療效。本品在治療濃度下不會抑制嘌呤和嘧啶的合成及代謝過程中的其他酶。
