ScienCell 1001 ECM內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基是經(jīng)滅菌的液體培養(yǎng)基，包含必需和非必需氨基酸、維生素、有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)化合物、激素、生長(zhǎng)因子（ECGS\ECGF）、微量礦物質(zhì)和低濃度胎牛血清(5%)。內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基（ECM）緩沖體系為重碳酸鹽，在含5%CO2的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)箱中平衡后pH值為7.4。內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基（ECM）的配方能夠選擇性的促進(jìn)正常人類微血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞體外培養(yǎng)中的增殖和生長(zhǎng)，并為其達(dá)到營(yíng)養(yǎng)平衡狀態(tài)提供數(shù)量上和質(zhì)量上的保證。

產(chǎn)品組份

500mL基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基，25mL FBS，5mL內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子（ECGS），5mL penicillin/streptomycin solution。

注意：FBS, ECGS 和P/S沒(méi)有預(yù)混好。要配制完整的ECM培養(yǎng)基需要分別添加。 

使用

Sciencell 1001 內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基僅供科研使用。

儲(chǔ)存

基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基：4℃。ECGS, FBS and P/S 溶液：-20℃。避光。

運(yùn)輸

基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基：室溫。添加劑：干冰。

使用說(shuō)明：

ECGS, FBS and P/S 溶液37℃溶解。加入培養(yǎng)基前試管彈撥幾次使內(nèi)容物充分溶解。培養(yǎng)基瓶子和試管用70%酒精消毒。無(wú)菌環(huán)境中，開(kāi)蓋時(shí)注意不要讓手指碰到內(nèi)壁。添加ECGS, FBS and P/S 到培養(yǎng)基并且充分混勻。由于多種成分是光不穩(wěn)定的，培養(yǎng)基要避光使用。使用前不推薦用37℃水浴加熱培養(yǎng)基。避光4℃保存時(shí)，重新配制的培養(yǎng)基能穩(wěn)定放置1個(gè)月。

注意：如果沒(méi)有正確使用，培養(yǎng)基的某些成分會(huì)影響健康。處理時(shí)做好防護(hù)措施，比如穿防護(hù)衣和防護(hù)鏡。

Product Description

Endothelial Cell Medium (ECM), when used with Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (ECGS,

Cat #1052) and 25 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS) is a complete medium designed for optimal

growth of normal endothelial cells in vitro. It is a sterile, liquid medium which contains essential

and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth

factors, trace minerals and a low concentration of fetal bovine serum (5%). The medium is

HEPES and bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an

atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air. The medium is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to

provide an optimally balanced nutritional environment that selectively supports the growth of

normal endothelial cells in vitro.

Components

ECM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS (Cat. #0025), 5 ml of Endothelial Cell

Growth Supplement (ECGS, Cat. #1052) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat.

#0503). Note: FBS, ECGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in ECM; they must be added separay to

make the complete ECM.

Product Use

ECM is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in

vitro diagnostic procedures.

Storage

Store the basal medium at 4oC and the ECGS, FBS and P/S solution at -20oC. Protect from light.

Shipping

Basal medium: room temperature. Supplements: dry ice.

Instructions for Use

Thaw ECGS, FBS and P/S solution at 37oC. Gently tilt the tubes several times to ensure the contents are compley mixed before adding to the medium. Spray the medium bottle and tubes with 70% ethanol, and wipe to remove excess liquid. In a sterile field, remove the caps without touching the interior threads with fingers. Add ECGS, FBS and P/S solution to the medium and mix well. Since several components are light-labile, the medium should not be exposed to light for extended periods. We do not recommend warming medium in a 37oC water bath prior to use.When stored in the dark at 4oC, the reconstituted medium is stable for one month.

Caution: If handled improperly, some components of the medium may present a health hazard. Take appropriate precautions when handling it, including the wearing of protective clothing and eyewear. Dispose of properly.
