總線端子

目前，通常用電纜線將 I/O 信號(hào)傳送到分布式現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線設(shè)備或控制器上進(jìn)行集中控制。而從市場(chǎng)上采購(gòu)到的來(lái)自不同廠家的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線設(shè)備一般具有固定的輸入/輸出配置和設(shè)計(jì)，因此往往需要安裝帶有類似功能的一整套設(shè)備。這種昂貴的信號(hào)采集方法一方面會(huì)增加材料、安裝、規(guī)劃和文件制作等方面的成本，并且在后期改造或系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展方面也會(huì)增加投入，而且還會(huì)增加庫(kù)存管理人員以及維修人員不必要的工作強(qiáng)度

靈活而穩(wěn)定

Beckhoff 總線端子是一種獨(dú)立于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的開(kāi)放式I/O系統(tǒng)，由電子端子排組成。電子端子排的核心是帶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線接口的總線耦合器。總線耦合器可用于以下總線系統(tǒng)：

EtherCAT, 實(shí)時(shí)以太網(wǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線；
Lightbus, 用于快速通訊；

采用主站端子，可以總線端子的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線功能。這對(duì)于在上位系統(tǒng)中集成了子系統(tǒng)的總線系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō)非常有益。這也就意味著子系統(tǒng)及上位總線系統(tǒng)僅需一個(gè)系統(tǒng)接口。主站端子可用于以下總線系統(tǒng)：

AS-Interface, 用于下位控制級(jí)的傳感器/執(zhí)行器總線；
EIB, LON, DALI, 用于樓宇自動(dòng)化的通訊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

自動(dòng)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

采用 Beckhoff 總線端子后，可把控制柜和安裝端子的端子盒設(shè)計(jì)得更加經(jīng)濟(jì)。通過(guò)采用 4 線制端子系統(tǒng)，各種信號(hào)的傳感器和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)都可以直接連接，而無(wú)需其它連接系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備無(wú)需像以往那樣在控制柜（或端子盒）與控制器之間作點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的連接，這樣可大大減少控制器的設(shè)計(jì)成本，節(jié)約空間、材料、工程量和資金。
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備可以通過(guò) Beckhoff 總線端子系統(tǒng)在產(chǎn)生信號(hào)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行連接，因此對(duì) Beckhoff 總線端子的安裝和布線就像標(biāo)準(zhǔn)端子排那樣簡(jiǎn)易和緊湊?？偩€端子與控制器之間通過(guò)一個(gè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線耦合器連接。
