- Albumin, from Bovine Serum, Fatty Acid Free無脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白 BSA Description： 牛血清白蛋白（Bovine serum albumin, BSA）是常用的試劑。在血液中，白蛋白與游離脂肪酸緊密結(jié)合在一起，形成zui簡(jiǎn)單的脂蛋白復(fù)合物。常規(guī)方法純化的BSA難以有效去除其結(jié)合的脂肪酸。除了特別純化的BSA產(chǎn)品外，市售的普通BSA試劑含脂肪酸量的范圍一般是: 每mol BSA含0.2~1.5 mol脂肪酸。然而，一些生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究要求使用不含游離脂肪酸的BSA，否則BSA所含高濃度的脂肪酸將影響細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、分化、代謝反應(yīng)、生化測(cè)定等。例如，在3T3-L1脂肪細(xì)胞分化過程中不能使用普通BSA試劑，否則影響分化和細(xì)胞代謝狀態(tài)；在測(cè)定培養(yǎng)的組織細(xì)胞釋放的游離脂肪酸濃度時(shí)，也必須用不含脂肪酸的BSA，否則難以準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定三酯水解和游離脂肪酸釋放。 我們提供的無脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白，經(jīng)過專門的去脂純化處理，脂肪酸含量≤0.002% （w/w），或在1% BSA溶液中脂肪酸濃度< 2 µmol/L。同時(shí)，內(nèi)含量極低。經(jīng)過脂肪細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)和游離脂肪酸測(cè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)的檢測(cè)。 本產(chǎn)品脂肪酸含量低于Sigma 的同類產(chǎn)品A8806，且含量高出兩個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，達(dá)到98%，但價(jià)格僅為其50%。目前已經(jīng)使用本公司提供的無脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白用戶已經(jīng)達(dá)到200個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室以上。
