1、 產(chǎn)品原理及應(yīng)用

細胞凋亡早期，位于細胞膜脂質(zhì)雙層內(nèi)側(cè)的磷脂酰絲氨酸PS會從細胞膜內(nèi)側(cè)翻轉(zhuǎn)到細胞膜的表面，而鈣離子依賴型的Annexin V可與PS特異性結(jié)合；PI不能透過完整的細胞膜，凋亡中晚期細胞膜通透性增加、PI 得以透過細胞膜而使細胞核染紅。
將Annexin V-FITC 與PI 配合使用，可以有效區(qū)分處于不同凋亡時期的細胞。
