Instrument Overview

  This instrument is the third generation product designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standards GB/T510 "Determination of Petroleum Pour Point" and GB/T3535 "Determination of Petroleum Pour Point". It adopts microcomputer control technology and cold and heat balance algorithms, and is suitable for the pour point/freezing point of dark colored petroleum products, crude oil, and other transparent or translucent petroleum products. It is widely used in oil fields, refineries, quality inspection, railways, shipping, oil storage stations, and scientific research institutions to detect the freezing point and pour point of petroleum products.

Performance characteristics

1. This instrument adopts microcomputer control technology and intelligent control, with fast detection speed and accurate measurement, not limited by sample viscosity and color depth. After lofting, pour point measurement can be completed with one click

The host computer is controlled by a microprocessor program, with automatic cooling during the test, automatic lifting and lowering of the pour point test tube, automatic tilting to the horizontal position, automatic detection of the fluidity of the sample, automatic identification, automatic storage, automatic printing of the test results, and automatic shutdown after the test
3. The pour point is detected by rising and tilting at 90 degrees, and the freezing point is detected by tilting at 45 degrees in the bath sample
4. Adopt imported high-precision temperature control module, equipped with imported temperature sensor, accurate temperature measurement, and small error
5. Software functions can automatically judge, detect, calculate, and record test results; And equipped with USB interface and network interface; Convenient data upload
6. The detection program is open to users, who can automatically set and modify the detection program, which can achieve rapid testing and can be measured according to standard procedures, with high flexibility
7. Adding accessories related to cold filter point indicators can achieve three functions for one machine, which can be used for both freezing point pour point experiments and cold filter point experiments, improving work efficiency and saving costs
8. Optional laboratory intelligent control module system can be equipped to achieve remote intelligent information management of the Internet of Things. The cloud platform can monitor the operation status of this instrument in real time, including user information, usage time, test duration, usage frequency, different usage scenarios, and other data.
