Enzo Life Sciences公司的ER-ID® Green assay kit適用于活細(xì)胞或破膜醛固定細(xì)胞的染色。微摩爾級(jí)濃度的ER-ID®綠色染料足以對(duì)哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞進(jìn)行染色，在人宮頸癌細(xì)胞系、T淋巴細(xì)胞系、Jurkat 細(xì)胞系、HeLa 細(xì)胞系以及骨肉瘤上皮細(xì)胞U2-OS中已經(jīng)得到了驗(yàn)證。ER-ID® Green assay kit專門(mén)用于表達(dá)RFP或OFP的細(xì)胞系，以及表達(dá)藍(lán)色或青色熒光蛋白（BFP、CFP）的細(xì)胞。該試劑盒適用于活細(xì)胞或固定后細(xì)胞與探針（如標(biāo)記抗體）或與Texas Red或香-豆-素類似光譜性質(zhì)的其他熒光綴合物結(jié)合使用。

實(shí)例分析

● ER-ID®綠色染色與含有KDEL序列的鈣網(wǎng)蛋白共定位，與橙色熒光蛋白（OFP）融合。

● 用ER-ID®綠色染料（A）、Hoechst 33342染料（B）對(duì)HeLa活細(xì)胞進(jìn)行染色，得到的合成圖像（C）。

● 用4%多聚甲醛固定HepG2細(xì)胞20分鐘，并用ER-ID®標(biāo)記30分鐘。下圖為標(biāo)記3天后拍攝的照片。

● 將HepG2細(xì)胞與ER-ID®孵育30分鐘，并用倒置顯微鏡（Zeiss）進(jìn)行分析。
