HP-RF300A The heat sealing tester
The heat sealing tester uses the hot pressure sealing method to measure the heat sealing temperature, time, pressure and other parameters of plastic film substrate, flexible packaging composite film, coating paper and other heat sealing composite films. Heat sealing materials with different melting points, thermal stability, flowability, and thickness may exhibit different sealing performance, and their sealing process parameters may vary greatly. The heat seal tester can obtain accurate heat seal test indicators through its standardized design and standardized operation. Provide experimental bag making processes for manufacturers, laboratories, and testing institutes of food plastic flexible packaging, milk packaging, food packaging, drug packaging, and tobacco factories. It is an essential instrument for QS certification in packaging enterprises.
