CF 染料是由 Biotium 公司科研人員開發(fā)的一組吸收和發(fā)射波長在 650 800nm 之間的熒光染 料。近紅外 CF 染料是為蛋白標記開發(fā)的,熒光強度遠比其他相似波長的商業(yè)化染料更高, 同時也更穩(wěn)定。

產(chǎn)品特點:

亮度: CF染料在亮度上達到或者超過Alexa FluorCy 等其它商業(yè)化的染料。

光穩(wěn)定性: CF染料的光穩(wěn)定性在同類染料中。

特異性和體內(nèi)穩(wěn)定性:CF標記的抗體具有高度的特異性,同時還能延長抗體在體內(nèi)成像時的半衰期.

pH值不敏感: CF染料在很寬的pH值范圍內(nèi)都能維持高亮度的熒光.。

溶解性: CF染料在水以及各種有機溶劑中有高度的溶解性。

兼容性:CF染料的光譜特性和其他商業(yè)化的染料相似,兼容常見的激發(fā)光源和現(xiàn)有的各種濾片.。

多種顏色可供選擇: CF系列染料包括了從紫外到近紅外的多種顏色的染料可供選擇。
