首先是涂層劑揮發(fā)產(chǎn)生廢氣，涂層劑有溶劑型和水性型之分，溶劑型在進(jìn)行涂層加工時(shí)要采用醋酸乙酯、二甲基甲烷胺（DMF）、丁酮（MEK）、甲苯（TOL）、異丙醇（IPA）等有機(jī)溶劑作介質(zhì)。這些溶劑型涂層整理劑雖然工藝性能比較好，但有機(jī)溶劑的用量大，既是危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)，其中不少是揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物。
