optigene等溫預(yù)混液和 DNA 聚合酶

OptiGene Limited 生產(chǎn)各種適用于等溫擴增方法的增強型高速大片段 (LF) DNA 聚合酶和預(yù)混液。這些試劑可產(chǎn)生穩(wěn)健的擴增,并顯著縮短反應(yīng)時間。我們所有的 DNA 聚合酶都具有很強的鏈置換活性,沒有 5'-3' 核酸外切酶活性。一種酶在 93 o C 下是熱穩(wěn)定的,而另一種酶具有內(nèi)源性逆轉(zhuǎn)錄酶活性。
