suPARnostic® TurbiLatex
suPAR 是尿激酶纖溶酶原激活物受體 (uPAR) 的可溶形式。suPAR 的量是免疫激活和炎癥的量度。suPAR 是一種因疾病存在和嚴重程度而增加的生物標志物

suPARnostic® TurbiLatex 產(chǎn)品在 Roche Diagnostics Cobas c 501/2 和 c 701/2 系統(tǒng)、Siemens Atellica 和 ADVIA Chemistry XPT 以及 Abbott Architect c 和 Alinity ci 系統(tǒng)上獲得 CE-IVD 批準和驗證。
概述
suPARnostic® TurbiLatex 測試是一種乳膠顆粒增強比濁免疫測定法，可定量測定人 K2-EDTA 或肝素鋰血漿樣品中的 suPAR 水平。
suPARnostic® TurbiLatex 產(chǎn)品已針對 Roche Diagnostics cobas c 501/2 和 c 701/2 系統(tǒng)、Siemens Atellica 和 ADVIA Chemistry XPT 系統(tǒng)以及 Abbott Architect c 和 Alinity ci 系統(tǒng)進行了驗證。
